Q: There are so many 'save America' plans, all saying the same thing and all asking for donations. Nobody is actually doing anything; so why is AmericaAgain! any different?
Until we reach critical mass, AmericaAgain! is actually no better than any other proposal. If we can't either reach about 10,000 members or reach our capitalization goal of $500,000 or so then we can't R&D the Indictment Engine and carry out the first dragnet. But ours is the first organization that has a long-term plan of action, staffing, facilities, and legal organization (charitable trust) that can actually do what we propose, and last for generations. It's first a matter of reaching the initial funding (staffing) milestone; this is true of any startup.
But the biggest difference is that AmericaAgain! is a law enforcement plan, based on the principles of James Madison, using the tactical plan offered by Alexander Hamilton in Federalist 28. It is a perpetual charitable trust, to have staying power. It plans a national Board of Trustees elected by membership, to have accountability. But the biggest difference is that this is law enforcement, not politics or a marketing campaign that accomplishes nothing.
WorldNet Daily founder Joe Farah wrote a book years ago, called Taking America Back. In 2009, Faith2Action founder Janet Porter came up with an idea; WND used it to pull an incredible marketing cash cow. Their 'Send Congress a Pink Slip' campaign convinced over nine million Americans to run their credit cards for $29.95 to send 'pink slips' to Congress. Billions of little slips went into the Capitol Hill U.S. Mail substation dumpsters. The campaign certainly did not "take America back; all it accomplished was to make Farah, Porter, and FedEx about $278 million richer.
With Texas-based "Get Out of Our House" (GOOOH), founder Tim Cox sought to stop organized crime by diluting the criminal pool with honest new folks. A very worthy cause by a passionate patriot; the initial goal was 10,000 members -- but GOOOH now has almost 100,000 members. Has GOOOH replaced most members of the U.S. House of Representatives? No; not even a blip on the radar. Even if it replaced dozens -- or hundreds -- the D.C. system is hundreds of times larger than just the elected politicians. Electoral politics is a massive industry, and law enforcement cannot be achieved through electoral politics.
Or consider the "Restore America Plan". Founder Tim Turner's goal was to establish an entire new government! After he claimed to have gotten a group of 'Guardian Elders of the Republic' elected by their membership, he claimed to have established a true, "de jure" constitutional government. Did you know that? Me neither; and I understand that Turner is presently serving time in a federal penitentiary.
Bob Schultz is another passionate, articulate patriot trying different ideas every few years -- occasionally attracting hundreds or even thousands of followers. But his marches, lawsuits, 'national conventions' and such, have failed to make a difference. Why? because none of them was a long-term plan to enforce the U.S. Constitution, just as it is -- and that is the key to restoring our Republic.
Please survey the countless 'save America' websites and groups, as we have done over the years. Just use common sense: do they have a rational plan to do what they say they want to do? What is their staffing plan? Their operational model? Their accountability mechanism? Have they established a long-term legal organization that will endure for generations? What delivery milestones do they propose, and what metrics to prove they have reached them?
Arresting a 150-year-old multi-trillion-dollar D.C. organized crime syndicate is not a project for a few months or years. It is a basic duty that at least a significant minority of Americans must exercise, from now on. Although we have all due respect for the passionate patriots mentioned above (and countless others), after six years of planning and due diligence, we think AmericaAgain! is the best plan in the country.

Q: Millions of citizens enjoy their government checks; do you really expect the majority to do this?
No. But leaders are never a majority, and it takes just one plaintiff to bring a criminal to justice. Just 1% of America's voting-age population equals 2.2 million citizens; that's more than 5,000 citizens per congressman or 22,000 per U.S. senator. If you help recruit just a few people, we can eventually enjoy a staggering numerical advantage.
Q: Is AmericaAgain! a GOP front group?
We are non-partisan. Our founder's book This Bloodless Liberty dedicates a chapter to exposing the corrupt GOP; the Democrat party is also corrupt and Marxist, inciting class warfare, parasitism, and bureaucracy.
Q: Does AmericaAgain! align with the TEA Party movement or Ron Paul Revolution?
Yes. AmericaAgain! is the embodiment of James Madison's principles, and also those of Ron Paul. AmericaAgain! is aligned with TEA Party groups that have not joined the GOP. We even agree with Occupy Wall Street in one aspect: a key domestic enemy is the financial industry and the 1% have captured Congress and with the military industry are exercising classical fascism.
Q: What will you do about the Illuminati, Bilderburg Group, CFR, et al?
AmericaAgain! will help We The People gain control of the purse strings and puppet strings so that the 'Dark Powers' lose their grip on America's payroll accounts and their counterfeiting concession that funds most other illicit powers.
Q: Doesn't the Constitution's Supremacy Clause make federal courts supreme over our State courts?
No; the Supremacy Clause (Article VI, Section 2) stipulates that the U.S. Constitution -- not the federal government -- is supreme; that the U.S. Constitution and all laws made in harmony with it “shall be the supreme Law of the Land; and the Judges in every State shall be bound thereby…”.
In other words, every State judge is bound not only to obey the U.S. Constitution but also to enforce it against any federal conspirator in Congress who by defrauding those that he pretends to represent, is also violating his State Penal Code. In any such case, the State Judge has a duty and is constitutionally superior to any federal judge.
Q: Well, what about Congress' sovereign immunity in the Constitution, Article I Section 6?
That clause merely frees politicians from legal harassment; it doesn't allow them to engage in organized crime:
They shall in all cases except treason, felony, and breach of the peace, be privileged from arrest... [Emphasis added.]
AmericaAgain! will bring State felony cases against members of Congress for being enablers and accessories to fraud, racketeering, counterfeiting, and other State Penal Code crimes.
Q: Still, can't the bad guys in Congress just get federal courts to shut us down?
No; the Constitution stipulates (Article III, Section 2) that the U.S. Supreme Court has original jurisdiction only over any case in which a State is a party. In all AmericaAgain! cases, plaintiffs and defendants will be citizens of the same State. Inferior federal courts are even less of a factor; Article III, Section 1 indicates that they have no jurisdiction.
Q: Will the average State Judge hear a case against a member of Congress? It's never been done.
Yes, it has been done. In 2010, a Texas criminal court convicted former U.S. Congressman Tom DeLay on two criminal counts committed while he was the second-highest ranking member of the U.S. House of Representatives.
County and State peace officers, constables, sheriffs, troopers and rangers -- briefed and supported by CSPOA (Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association) -- can assure that after arrest, the indicted politician remains in custody.
Through the James Madison Briefing Room™ our Legal Section will train and brief grand jury members, State prosecutors, and State judges who are ignorant of their sovereign power to enforce the Supreme Law. Our cases will be brought in clusters so that prosecutors and judges will not take these unprecedented actions alone.
If a judge won't enforce the Constitution as the Supremacy Clause stipulates, AmericaAgain! will work with TEA Party groups and others to have that judge replaced with one that takes the duty seriously.
Q: What do you mean by 'self-government'...the mob rule that the Founding Fathers despised?
No; AmericaAgain! is a perpetual charitable trust and membership organization to: a) recruit, train, equip, and organize patriotic, productive Americans to assure that their State enforces the U.S. Constitution; b) push through legislative actions to restore rule of law and limited federal government; and c) prepare citizens and State legislatures for the worst, as world events unfold by re-instituting the Citizen Militia of the Several States as stipulated in the U.S. Constitution Article I, Section 8, Clauses 15-16.
Q: Can me and my fellow AmericaAgain! members get our court to indict our corrupt state legislators? They're just as bad as Congress.
AmericaAgain! is focused on enforcement against members of Congress. Other organizations may rise up to pursue corrupt city, county, and state politicians; if so, we wish them great success.
Q: AmericaAgain! is a Christian organization; do you accept people of other faiths?
Yes, we welcome Americans of any faith. The liberty to discuss belief systems is a God-given right protected by the Constitution and a valuable aspect of liberty in this blessed republic.
Q: Is AmericaAgain! membership open to my mayor, police chief, State legislators, or city employees?
No. AmericaAgain! is citizen self-government; we invite every private citizen to be a member but given the conflict of interests inherent in downsizing government, no politician or public employee can join as a member. We welcome their support, however -- and their donations, since we've donated to their cause all our working lives.
