If you have not read our FAQ page, you should. Then you'll learn why we can't just run out and deploy the AmericaAgain! Indictment Engine™ right now. Here are the steps that AmericaAgain! must take before we begin a new way of American life.

Our Chief Counsel
AmericaAgain! first must have the funds to recruit a seasoned prosecutor as our Chief Counsel, and his team. We need 10,000 members to reach that first goal. Then, our Legal Section will complete the R&D and lock our six first-round targets into the AmericaAgain! Indictment Engine™.
Your town may be the next Lexington or Concord
Once we have the short list of six targeted politicians, these first communities will be the Lexington and Concord of our century. Contact us if you and your community have what it takes to host one of the historic first-round AmericaAgain! Indictment Engine™ cases. A short-listed community must:
a) Have 100 or more AmericaAgain! members to sign up as co-plaintiffs, to fill the courtroom. Once a target is announced in the media, it will be easy to recruit AmericaAgain! members and get them to sign up as co-plaintiffs.
b) Have an active Ron Paul Revolution or TEA Party group in town. We coordinate allied forces to be outside the courthouse with posters, costumes, etc on the day of the arraignment and pre-hearing activities and during the trial itself. These established groups help us gain media coverage and public awareness.
c) Have on hand a spokesman for Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association (CSPOA.org) for at least the initial event(s), to speak to media about their role. If you don't have a CSPOA member (sheriff, deputy, or constable) in town, find one in your congressional district. If the target is a U.S. senator, any CSPOA member in your State will do. Invite and book them to attend, then notify us and AmericaAgain! will cover their travel expenses if applicable.
d) AmericaAgain! will send out press releases to national media, major blogs and websites, and to you for local media. When these Lexington & Concord actions begin, you'll have heavy media presence. You must have 2-3 AmericaAgain! members making the rounds with media crews to make sure they get our spin and not their own.
Not like the movies
AmericaAgain! when it is grown to national scale, will be We The People acting like adults for the first time in five generations. This is not an overnight transition; it will be much like war. But not like the movies; it will be messy and full of missteps because we've never done this before.
This much we know: the U.S. Constitution stands. It's the highest law, yet Congress has violated it and operated as organized crime for over a century. Now, We The People start doing what we were supposed to do from the start. It's something that our parents, grandparents, or great-grandparents could not have done. The Internet has changed everything; now we can show the world how popular sovereignty works.
If you want this new way of life, be responsible for it. It is our job, not government's, to secure our family's future. God ordains great exploits and it's our job to be diligent and courageous with what God moves us to do.
AmericaAgain! is the solution, when you hear friends or neighbors complaining about Obama, or the police state, or all the things we now run from. We will not run anymore. We're planning, preparing, and building. Soon, we'll turn the tables for the rest of American history.
But nothing will happen until we attract 10,000 members to begin staffing. One we have tens of thousands, just word-of-mouth and a common desire to take our lives back, will take AmericaAgain! to national scale.
This is all about personal responsibility. For generations, we've given our liberties away; we've allowed our servants to become our masters, and violate the law with impunity. Now, it's time to get to work.
Keep AmericaAgain! in mind. Remember to tell your friends, "America Again Now dot com". This isn't Amway; it's our kids' and grand-kids' future. Just when we thought America was lost for good, God has given us this golden opportunity to gain back 150 years of lost liberty and restore limited government.
People who make history never realize they're doing it, until after the smoke clears and they discover that the field is theirs at last.
